Context
Our client is a regional branch of a major banking group. It offers a full range of banking and insurance products to individuals and businesses.
The challenge
Our client had targeted the new contractor market, structured its offering and invested in training its in-house teams. A few years later, sales results were well below expectations. A new impetus was needed.
The solution
An analysis phase lasting a few weeks enabled us to identify the areas of work and to target segmentation, the redesign of the offering and support for change as the major themes.
The project had 2 main focuses:
- Work on the product offering and its distribution, with the marketing teams
- Review customer segmentation criteria and put together portfolios with the sales teams
The impact
The various projects have resulted in a number of highly operational initiatives to enhance the skills of our teams and create a clearer customer segmentation.
