Spirit Advisors is a performance improvement consulting firm specializing in Industry & field service, Banking and Insurance sectors. Our community of experienced consultants shares the same DNA of accomplished transformation leading to visible results.

The Spirit Advisors founding partners have created a working environment that allows operational consulting experts to flourish as professionals and as people.
We are a community of 60 consultants from 15 different countries, bound by a convention that sets out our mutual rights and duties. Our experts have an average of 15 years’ professional experience, and almost half of them have had entrepreneurial experience, in a wide variety of fields other than consulting. We see this as an asset.
We favour long-term relationships. Over the last 10 years, our turnover has remained below 3%. Two-thirds have had a relationship with one of our partners for more than 10 years.
Internationally oriented
Spirit Advisors is an international consultancy. With half of our turnover generated out of France, we have led missions in 18 countries, mainly in Europe and North America. Our community of experts brings together 15 different nationalities, enabling us to immerse ourselves quickly in local cultures.
Countries in which we have completed projects : Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA.

A graduate of INSA Lyon in mechanical engineering and of the Sorbonne in Supply Chain, Alizée has several years' experience in industrial consulting (aeronautics).
Axelle
Axelle holds a Master's degree in Innovation, New Tech Management and Entrepreneurship, and has several years' experience in Banking and Industry consulting.
Jacques
Jacques holds an Executive MBA from the HEC Business School. He has over 30 years' experience in industry, 10 of which in industrial excellence consulting.
Matthieu
With over 20 years' experience in international consulting, Matthieu is an expert in analyses phases in the industrial sector.
Paolo
Black Belt certified, Paolo has many years of experience in operational excellence consulting.
Taoufik
A graduate of ENSAM Paris, Taoufik has almost 10 years' experience in consulting in banking, industrial and public sectors.
Anas
Anas has more than 10 years' experience in banking and financial services consulting, including mergers and acquisition.
Charles
A graduate of EM Lyon, Charles has over 15 years' experience in organization and management consulting in Banking and Insurance.
Kader
Kader has over 12 years' experience in industry, where he has led complex transnational projects in the aeronautics industry.
Matti
Matti has a background as an executive and management consultant. He specializes in operational excellence and change management.
Olivia
A graduate of EM Lyon, Olivia has over 10 years' experience in organizational consulting, and has developed a strong sensitivity to coaching.
Thomas
A graduate in mechanical engineering, Thomas has over 20 years' experience in consulting, specializing in lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
Tue
Tue has over 15 years' experience in operational excellence consulting. He helps companies achieving sustainable results and lasting transformation.
André
With a Master's degree in engineering, André worked for an Italian consulting firm specializing in financial services before joining Spirit Advisors.
Florian
A graduate of ESSEC business school, Florian is both a consultant and an entrepreneur. His expertises are IT strategy and processes, organization and digitalization.
Mathias
Mathias has almost 20 years' experience in consulting specializing in maintenance and production in various industrial sectors and mining.
Nicolas
Graduated of an engineer school in Paris, Nicolas has nearly 10 years of experience in consulting and especially in industry, public service, and banking.
Richard
Richard, who has 20 years' consulting experience, has led numerous large-scale projects, in particular diagnostics with definition of transformation plans.
Thomas
A graduate of EM Lyon, Thomas has been a consultant for over 12 years, specializing in operational excellence, and is also a jewelry entrepreneur.
