Our client is a shipbuilding specialist. Present on 3 continents and employing over 7,000 people, the group has a strong international presence . The operational teams are mainly made up of engineers, and differences in culture and approach have led to a sharp rise in staff turnover.

Spirit teams spent several months on site listening to the views of all stakeholders. An in-depth dialogue was established with the unions, a network of ambassadors was created, and a roadmap was defined to make the workspace more flexible and internal communication more fluid.
